We build tools at the intersection of AI, law, and human expression. Everything runs on-device or in the browser — no tracking, no compromise.
Overview
This privacy policy applies to all applications and services operated under the domain architect-dna.ch and its subdomains, including VELO NOIR, Podcast DNA, TACZ, Prompt Vault, LIA, Konnekt, and CV Card.
These applications are built with a privacy-by-design philosophy. Where technically possible, all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers.
Data We Collect
Most applications under architect-dna.ch collect no personal data. Specifically:
- All user data (API keys, settings, ride logs, mission progress, prompts) is stored in your browser's
localStorageon your own device. - GPS coordinates (VELO NOIR) are used locally to render the map and are never transmitted.
- Passkey credentials are managed entirely by your device's authenticator via the WebAuthn standard. We do not receive or store your biometric data.
- Rider cards and crew codes (VELO NOIR) are text strings you share manually — we do not relay or store them.
Authentication (Passkeys)
Passkey-enabled applications use the WebAuthn / FIDO2 standard with the PRF extension for key derivation. Your private key never leaves your device. We store only a credential ID in localStorage. No biometric data is accessible to us.
LIA — Legal Vault
LIA stores encrypted evidence documents. Encryption is performed client-side. Only ciphertext is stored — the decryption key never leaves your device.
Cookies and Tracking
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not use analytics or tracking scripts.
- We do not use advertising networks.
- We do not fingerprint your device or browser.
Third-Party Services
Some applications use Anthropic Claude APIs. When you use an AI feature, your input is transmitted to Anthropic's servers. See anthropic.com/privacy. We do not store AI conversation history.
Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers. Your IP may be visible to OpenStreetMap when fetching map data.
Data Retention and Deletion
All locally stored data can be deleted by clearing your browser's site data for the respective subdomain, or via in-app reset functions.
Your Rights (GDPR / DSG)
As a user in Switzerland or the EU, you have the right to access, correct, and delete any personal data we hold. Since most data is stored locally, you are already in full control. Contact us below for any questions.
